PATS Sandown Park takes place March 23rd and 24th and PATS Harrogate takes place April 27th and 28th. Both shows will host household name brands as well as new companies intending to establish themselves as the brands of the future.

The shows’ 2010 confirmed exhibitor list is the broadest and most comprehensive of any UK-based pet and aquatics trade show since PATS launched in March and May 2009. Many brands have chosen PATS as their exclusive, UK- based trade show opportunities for the coming season. These include:

The trade’s enthusiasm for PATS continues. Following the success of PATS 2009, many companies secured their 2010 stands as soon as the show dates were announced.  To date, 60 companies have confirmed their bookings and the majority will exhibit at both venues.  Lisa Hopkins of Johnson’s Veterinary Products outlines the reasons for the company’s return to both PATS shows in 2010:
 
‘PATS 2009 was a success for Johnson's with a good mix of existing customers, new potential customers and major buyers visiting our stands.
 
We have decided to exhibit again at PATS 2010 for several reasons but ultimately because the UK Pet Trade needs to have its own annual trade show; and PATS delivers this with 2 local offerings.’

During the month of September, eight stand bookings were confirmed – including aquatics supplier JBL, Best Friends Pet Products, Sky Pet and Nurtured Pets. And between September 12th and 27th 2009, the number of unique users visiting the PATS website increased by 47% over September last year.

Sandown and Harrogate’s easy-access, purpose-built venues proved a big hit with retailers from all over the UK this year. 97% of visitors to PATS 2009 plan to return in 2010 (source; PATS 2009 post show survey). The Harrogate 2010 show takes place at the end of April to avoid Bank Holiday weekend and, like Sandown, will now feature free visitor parking. Both shows will continue to feature new product launches, information-packed seminars and free tea and coffee for visitors on arrival.
